Karryn Cartoulis of REMAX Living has reached one of the brand’s highest distinctions, qualifying for the prestigious International Circle of Legends Award in February 2026, becoming the eighth recipient of this accolade in the Southern Africa region.
According to Adrian Goslett, CEO and Regional Director of REMAX Southern Africa, Karryn’s achievement is a remarkable milestone and a proud moment for the network.

Cartoulis shared that her approach to real estate has remained rooted in the same passion that first drew her to the industry 19 years ago, noting that, as she often says, “if you choose a job you love, you will never have to work a day in your life.”
She added that her ongoing motivation is driven by a deep love for Cape Town, its architecture and interiors, as well as the rewarding process of matching the right property with the right buyer.
Cartoulis emphasised the importance of guiding purchasers to make informed decisions, while building trust and meaningful relationships from the very beginning of each transaction.
“It is a huge privilege for me that both the seller and purchaser place their trust in me throughout this process, allowing me to do the very best for them both,” she says.
