REMAX Southern Africa recently wrapped up its annual Sales Rally events, bringing together more than 2,000 agents across five events across the country during August.
The rallies gave agents an opportunity to connect and gain valuable industry insights, with attendees leaving inspired and motivated for the rest of 2026.
The events were held at Boardwalk Hotel in the Eastern Cape, Emperors Palace in Gauteng, Sibaya in KwaZulu-Natal, Grand West in the Western Cape and Monte Bello in the Free State.
Gauteng proved to be a standout event, attracting more than 1,000 agents and recording the largest attendance at a single Sales Rally tour within the network’s history.
A key focus of this year’s rallies was encouraging agents to take greater ownership of where they want their careers and businesses to go.
In his keynote address, Adrian Goslett, CEO and Regional Director of REMAX Southern Africa, challenged attendees with the question: “Who’s writing your story?”
His speech highlighted the importance of goal setting in creating success, encouraging agents to decide what they want to achieve, believe in themselves and take action to make it happen.
Goslett explains that the rallies demonstrate the value of bringing the network together to learn, connect and prepare for what lies ahead.
“As a network, we are always looking for ways to help our agents grow, adapt and achieve more. The energy and enthusiasm we saw across all five rallies was incredibly encouraging and gives us momentum as we head into the final months of the year,” Goslett concludes.
