My mission as a real estate consultant is to enjoy the people and the work that I do. By having successfully completed my Public Relations Management Diploma I have learnt to listen to my clients’ needs and goals and then educate them and suggest options so that informed decisions can be made.  I am dedicated to being a trusted advisor. I can do this by having the understanding and the know-how of the real estate environment.  And I have achieved this by obtaining my NQF 4 qualifications, successfully passing my Professional Designation Examination and continuing my professional development by attending courses and lectures i.e. CRS, IEASA Real Estate Sales Courses and lectures by trusted conveyancers and Professors namely, Miltons Matsemela and Dykes van Heerden Inc. relating to the legal aspects of property law and conveyancing.  I want my clients to feel comfortable talking to me when they have a concern or question about their home, their mortgage or the community.  My clients know that I always act in their best interest and that my actions are always ethical even if what I advise is not always what they want to hear.  In this way, I earn their respect and trust.  I pursue and nurture lifelong relationships. My alliance does not end when the contract is signed. I will always be there. I am committed to providing a level of service beyond my client’s expectations, and in return for my dedication and commitment, I rely on my clients to refer me to their family, friends, neighbours and co-workers when they feel I have earned that endorsement. Referrals are the lifeblood of my business. It is through their heartfelt testimonials that I will be able to devote all my time and attention to assisting my clients. 

Through my Media studies I have learnt that target marketing was the best form of marketing and attracting clients.  I identified 4 target markets I wanted to invest my time and money in, single dwellings, retirement, security complexes and apartments.    By being fully computer literate I structure my own marketing material to target these markets.  I have been successful in my marketing strategies as I know my market and have identified my competitors and what they have to offer and have gone the extra mile to obtain a greater market share.  Because I am knowledgeable of my market segments I am able to draw up property portfolios for my prospective clients illustrating various benefits. 

I have been with the RE/MAX family for 11 years.  Why RE/MAX? I found that RE/MAX gives back to our local communities by coordinating charitable events, to name a few, a toy collection for children less privileged than many, a solar geyser system for an animal shelter to bath their sick dogs in warm water.  And RE/MAX offers sellers the widest exposure of their properties both locally and internationally in print media and online. 

I am a mom of two beautiful children, Chad 26 and Tara 21 and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 28 years.

Prior to real estate I was part of a sales & marketing project management team for 16 years to a major telecommunication company with a corporate client base worth millions plus. I am committed to invest in you before you invest in me and to offer the highest standard of professional service to you. I understand that your property deserves to be sold for the best price as your property is your biggest lifetime investment and selling your property will be one of your most important experiences.
