The building on the farm was once a home and can serve as accommodation for any future owner, but note that the completion of the home will be required as it's not currently move-in ready. With the area being a prominent wine-producing region, it's home to numerous vineyards and wineries, but in addition to viticulture Darling is also known for its production of high-quality fruits due to the favorable climate.
