Crocodile breeding facilities consist of a hatchery with 3 incubator rooms, capacity to hatch 25 000 eggs per cycle; 3 hatchling hothouses (approx. 14 400 animals); a multi hothouse; 11 grower houses; a multitude of breeding ponds (approx. 30 000 animals); 4 large breeding dams that accommodate approximately 600 adult crocodiles and an office overlooking one of the large breeding dams.
The well-equipped abattoir complex includes a grading room with light table; salt rooms (Cold rooms); scale; washing and de-fleecing room; slaughter room; processing room; office and ablution facilities.
Local chicken farms provide enough food which are being processed on the farm through feed processing equipment and 7 large fridges for storage purposes.
The predator park and predator breeding program are fully licensed, and permits are in place for every species. Animals include Tiger, Leopard, yellow Crocodiles, Cayman, primates and more. The snake park also holds permits for all the different species and Anacondas.
Water to the farm is being sourced through 8 equipped boreholes into two large dams and 5 Jojo tanks. Water is then pumped to all facilities and dams through proper pipelines and the dams are drained regularly into effluent dams.
Accommodation consists of a 6-bedroom house; a 5-bedroom house and two 3-bedroom houses; a Staff house and a hostel.
