through Estate. All non-movable [3 guest houses, 2 volunteer
house, staff-village with 2 houses and caravans, 260 sqm main house with
guest rooms en suite, 2 cottage houses, garages, cooler room and store
rooms] and movable equipment included: furniture in all houses, 1 x ISUZU
Bakkie [long wheel 2018 both 4x4], trailers, appliances, generators, tools,
Caravansstock etc
OPTION 1:
Straight sale of farm and change over of Wildlife Care NPC to be continued as
eco-tourism with accommodation, volunteers and monkey rehabilitation and
other wildlife care. Owner willing to continue to volunteer/work for the farm
without Pay.
6 440 000 Rand.
OPTION 2: for business or tax purpose or just because someone does CARE
too:
4-year contract of payment: Total 10 440 000 Rand payable in 2.5million per
year intervals which will include owner and my team to carry on with rehab and
release, free of charge and by putting R 500 000 per year back into the farm/business to
pay the monthly bills of running the centre. Consequently paying 2 million back
from owners side to run Business with a smooth take over of rehab or the
monkeys all having been released and/or transferred to have the Farm
as plain game farm.
Owners thoughts are to get the time to give the monkeys presently in their care the
fair chance of living free again. For that I NOT ONLY need time but ALSO
finances…this could be a valuable option.
