The farm comprises of the following:

1) The Macadamia orchard is 18 blocks in total, approximately 150 hectares. The trees have all been planted to face North to South due to the land's topography ( on ridges). The farm is very flat. The spacing between the trees in the rows is is 4m and spacing between the rows is 9 m which allows for 277 trees per hectare. This spacing allows for optimal harvesting when the trees have matured. Varieties: Beaumont, V A38, Nelmak 2, A4, V 816, V 814, V 695, V 814, V 863.

2) Approximately 47 hectares of open grass veldt/grazing which is currently being utilized as grazing for cattle might also be converted to Macadamia orchards .

3) The game/ conservancy camp is fenced off and is 26.1 hectares.

4) The natural bush / timber / roads / dam / comprise 38.5 hectares.

5) The large CHROMADEX shed has a solid concrete floor as well as a concrete washing bay. There are 3 phase electricity and lights. The size is 960 square meters. Another chromadex shed has been added, also 960 square meters in size. All the extra equipment will be stored in here.

6) The workshop is spacious and has a tool room with numerous plugs and 3 phase electricity. There is also a canopy for the generator. The size is 395 square meters.

25) The house and drinking water is supplied by a borehole with a solar pump . Completely automated with solar panels. Pump switch over current AC TO DC float switches. There is a pressure pump and 4 water tanks with 20 000 litres capacity.

26) The fences are all on galvanized poles every 100 meters, concreted 1 meter deep and up to 1 meter wide, with steel standards and steel droppers. All the fences are well maintained and are brand new.

a) 2.00 meter fence around all the Macadamia orchards and farm perimeter, ELECTRIFIED WITH AN ALARM.

b) 2.00 meter fence around the game/ conservancy area including 2 concrete grids.

c) 2.4 meter security fence around the workshop.

There are 3 automated, sliding gates. The entrance gate works off solar. There is one galvanized gate at the dam. Another 5 sliding gates are operated manually. ALL THE FENCES ARE HUMAN, MONKEY, BUSH PIG, DUIKER AND BUSHBUCK RESISTANT.
