The industrial C-Sealer cucumber wrapping machine draws off Eskom, wrapping 3400 cucumbers/hour and has greatly increased the cucumber production.

The farm boasts three fully registered boreholes, with a fourth newly drilled borehole available for expansion. Several more drilling points have been divined for future needs.

The main 3 bedroom homestead offers distant sea views, there is a second homestead as well as a Settler guest cottage in an enclosed garden.

The property is suitable for cattle and game farming, with a carrying capacity of 120 Large Stock Units (LSU). Recent upgrades to cattle handling facilities and loading ramps enhance operations.
