The home is ideal to enjoy a relaxing family Summer holiday.
The home can sleep 8 people.
There is a covered patio with built-in braai, comfy sofa, 6 x seater cane dining table and chairs.
Enclosed garden. The house has an inverter.

Main House:
Lounge with TV and full DSTV, doors lead out onto a covered patio braai and garden.
Fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge/ freezer, microwave.
Large laundry with washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and extra fridge/ freezer. 8 x seater dining table and chairs.
Pub area with 4 bar stools.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1:
Main queen bedroom with en-suite full bathroom: bath, shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2: double bed. Family bathroom: bath, toilet and basin.
Separate from the above near the Lounge:
Bedroom 3: double bed with full en-suite bathroom: bath, shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4:
Private outside bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom

Entertainment Area:
Lovely covered patio with built in braai, comfy sofa, 6 x seater cane dining table and chairs. Well-manicured, pretty enclosed garden.

Accommodation and Facility Checklist:
* Carport and parking in the driveway.
* Wi-Fi available.
* Linen and towels provided – please bring beach towels.
* Mandatory cleaning lady to work 3 x days at R 350.00 per day (excluding Public Holidays). Please provide her with a lunch and teas/ coffees.
* The garage is excluded.
* Gardener included 2 x days per week.
* Exit clean R750.00
* No beach towels - please remember to bring your own.

Payment and Booking Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R350.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
