Cancellation Policy  

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Remax. The following fees apply based on notice given:  

• More than 3 months before arrival - 25% of rent  

• 3 to 2 months before arrival - 30% of rent  

• 2 to 1 month before arrival - 50% of rent  

• 1 month to 7 days before arrival - 75% of rent  

• Less than 7 days before arrival - 100% of rent  

The Landlord may re-rent the property after cancellation. No refunds for early departure.
