Bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and linen, towels, and a bed are provided.  

The rental price includes electricity, which is powered by solar, as well as housekeeping once a week. Water usage is billed separately, and tenants are responsible for refilling gas and installing their own Wi-Fi.
