There are shark nets on these beaches all year around, and there are life guards during the peak holiday season (around December and January) only. This part of the Dolphin Coast has warm waters that are popular for swimming, stand-up paddling, surfing, sailing, paddle-skiing, windsurfing, fishing, and kitesurfing. But, for little ones or those unsure of the water, there is a calm tidal pool.
