OPTIION 1

Sale of the entire shareholding at R25,000 000-00 (Twenty Five Million Rand).

OPTION 2

Sell lots of grave sites in lots of 100 (one hundred) at R8 000-00 (Eight Thousand Rand) per site. Therefore, 800 (eight hundred) sites to be sold at this reduced price in order to reach the capital requirements. 8 lots at R800 000-00 per lot = R6,400 000-00.

OPTION 3

Sell 30% of shareholding to one or more investors at R10,000 000-00 (Ten Million Rand).

The capital requirements will be met against loan account. Any additional operational requirement costs will be funded according to shareholding (30/70) and profit share according to shareholding.
