There is a Solar/Electric Geyser for the Cottage Rooms, a Solar/Electric Geyser for the Main Venue, and 2 x 5000lt Jojo Tanks equipped with pressure pump. 

There is an outside building that consists of 2 stables and 2 storerooms easily convertible into accommodation.  

On the farm there are 3 boreholes (1 equipped with submersible pump, 1 with windmill feeding the ground dam, 1 borehole not equipped), 1 Ground Dam, 1 Cement Dam, 1 Steel Dam and various fruit trees and avocado trees. Included in the price is a Toyota Game Viewer vehicle. 

The game on the farm includes Impala, Nyala, Kudu, Zebra, Blue Wild Beest, and Blesbok. The game is not included in the selling price but a separate price on the game may be negotiated.
