SA’s Largest Real Estate Brand Launches an Upgraded Website

RE/MAX of Southern Africa, a leader in the real estate industry, is proud to announce the launch of its newly redesigned and enhanced website: remax.co.za. The revamped platform is designed to offer an improved and seamless user experience, making it easier for home buyers, sellers, and investors to access the company’s wide range of real estate services.

“Our team has spent months working together with UX & SEO specialists to ensure the greatest possible user experience for clients, offices, and agents alike. We wanted to create a user-friendly digital experience that mirrors the high level of service our clients receive in person,” explains Adrian Goslett, Regional Director and CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa.

With an intuitive interface, simplified navigation, and enhanced search capabilities, the new website reflects the brand’s commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.

The new website incorporates a whole list of new features, including:

  • A brand-new Geo Spatial map view on listing search pages so that clients can easily visualise where the listing is located.
  • Newly added customizable agent & office pages, making it easier for clients to connect with their nearest RE/MAX Office and agent.
  • Built-in RE/MAX Collection and RE/MAX Commercial search pages for ease of navigation.
  • A completely updated blog interface, making it easier for clients to find advice, information, and answers to all their property related questions.
  • Implementation of a new listing quality scoring system that allows high-quality listings (i.e. the listings with complete descriptions and high-quality photographs) to rank higher on the site.
  • The revamped website also offers a responsive design for seamless browsing on smartphones and tablets.
  • And so much more!

“The website redesign comes at a time when the local real estate market is evolving, with more buyers and sellers relying on digital tools for their property needs. The new site is built to meet these demands, offering the full range of clients, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors, a simplified and informative online experience,” says Goslett.
