These accolades reflect not only the brand’s leading position in the market, but also the deep trust South Africans place in the REMAX network.

This year, REMAX Southern Africa received multiple awards that speak to the strength of the brand at a national level. REMAX Southern Africa was named Best Real Estate Agency Network in the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2025, recognising the network’s premium service standards and market expertise.
The brand overall also won Best Estate Agency in the Letting, Buying and Selling categories in Rekord’s Reader’s Choice Awards, and secured Gqeberha’s 1st Favourite Real Estate Agency (Gold Award) in the PE Express Reader’s Choice Awards. Adding to this, REMAX Southern Africa achieved first place in the PMR.africa Western Cape Provincial Survey Business Excellence Awards.
At a local office level, REMAX Independent Properties won 17 out of 65 awards at the Property Stars Awards hosted by Greyvensteins in Gqeberha. REMAX Coastal was also crowned winner of the Best of Knysna and Plett Readers’ Choice Awards 2025.
In the Eastern Cape, REMAX Above and Beyond won Favourite Local Real Estate Agency at the UD Trading Stars Reader’s Choice Awards 2025. REMAX Unity was also voted number one in the PE Express Bay’s Finest Awards 2025 and REMAX Border won Top Selling Agency in the Smith Tabata Attorneys Diamond Awards, reinforcing strong regional confidence in the REMAX brand.
The Free State continued its tradition of excellence with REMAX First Bloemfontein winning Best Local Estate Agency at the Bloemfontein Courant Best of Bloemfontein Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, building on a record of consistent wins since 2023.
Gauteng offices also stood out as REMAX Dazzle won Best Estate Agency at the Best of Ekurhuleni Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, and REMAX Infoglobe earned Best of Pretoria, confirming brand leadership in the Gauteng property market.
KwaZulu-Natal produced some of the year’s strongest results, reflecting both office and individual achievement. REMAX Midlands won Best Estate Agency at the Best of PMB and Midlands Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, with Zamo Mkhonza taking Best Estate Agent in the same programme. REMAX Panache won Best of Durban for the third consecutive year. REMAX Dolphin Realtors won first prize for Best Real Estate Agency at the Best of Ballito Readers’ Choice Awards 2025 for the fourth year in a row. And last but not least, Saras Govender and Wendy McMurray placed first and third respectively in the Best Estate Agent category, with REMAX Advance’s Chez Kruger taking the second-place position.
