WHAT THE RE/MAX BRAND STANDS FOR

Curious to know how the RE/MAX brand was able to develop into the world’s largest real estate franchise? Apart from our unique entrepreneurial business model that allows real estate professionals to join as independent contractors and our 100% commission offering, RE/MAX has developed our own corporate formula to portray what our brand stands for and to signify the sorts of people we would like to attract. Ultimately, the principles in the formula hope to foster a corporate culture that reflects our motto: Everybody Wins.

Three of these principles speak to the personality of our brand: be different, fun and filled with RE/MAX passion. Four others speak to the values we hope all our associates will follow: accountability, financial discipline, community involvement, and creating clients for life through exceptional levels of service.

The rest speaks to our business model: being in business for yourself but not by yourself, displaying effective leadership at all levels of our organisation, applying the maximum commission concept, ensuring recognition for success, encouraging quality service through our RE/MAX Quality Assurance Program, and creating operating systems that work and that our associates will want to adhere to.
