Initially, I believed I could effectively manage both roles.
However, the real estate landscape of that era was characterized by properties predominantly selling at open houses, where each property received an average of 2 to 3 offers. This environment quickly revealed the inherent challenge of balancing two demanding professions, leading me to make the pivotal decision to focus exclusively on the world of real estate.

Throughout my illustrious career, I have predominantly specialized in serving the upper-tier market.
