The name Greg Kruger is synonomous with commercial and industrial real estate in the Ballito area. No matter where Greg goes his reputation as an honest, professional individual precedes him. Greg is also very active in Sectional Title and residential sales too.
Greg was employed at Realty 1 in 1989 and worked for them for 19 years but after the decision to close Realty 1, and after much thought and soul-searching, he decided it was time to start a company of his own. His company GGK Properties operated from Manor House in The Manor Estate development, (previously the residence of Fred Parsons), and specialized in commercial and industrial real estate. Greg’s clients were are pleased for him continued to support him in his new endeavor.
It is because of his strong work ethic that Greg became the only qualified, successful commercial realtor in Ballito. During his real-estate career, which spans more than 30 years, Greg has sold many million rands worth of property. Ninety percent of the business that he handles is repeat business or referrals. His passion for property dealings is infectious coupled with frienliness and lots of humor is definately added value.
His more recent successes include selling out the entire Shaka's Head Industrial Estate single-handedly and doing 80% of the sales to date at the Ballito Business Park. In 2014 Greg closed down his business and joined the Giant in property RE/MAX DOLPHIN, Because "Nobody in the world sells more property than RE/MAX. Greg has exceled with this group and team of very professional and motivated individuals. The support that RE/MAX offers is phenomenal and reminds the agents of the basic principles on a daily basis. He has now just sold the entire Woodmead Industrial Park inland of Palm Lakes.
Greg’s motto in life is integrity.
