The Beach House is a beautifully furnished holiday home, decorated in stunning shades of blue and white to create that wonderful, seaside holiday atmosphere.

This well-appointed home offers all the comforts to enjoy a relaxing Plett Holiday.
A quick walk and you are on the Keurbooms beach and the popular Enrico's restaurant.

The home boast 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms comfortably sleeping 8 people.

Whether you are entertaining and relaxing on the spacious outdoor or indoor entertainment area or taking a stroll over to the beach.
The Beach House is the perfect home for your well-deserved holiday.

LIVING AREA:

INDOOR ENTERTAINMENT AREA

Enter the home to a lovely indoor entertainment area, large dining table and chairs to seat 8, built in braai, coffee station, windows stack open to allow the sea breeze in. Roll down blinds to create a calm and cool setting.

LOUNGE:

Lovely furnished, open plan lounge with comfy sofas, fireplace.

KITCHEN:

Open plan very well-equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, breakfast island with 3 bar stools, 2 x fridge/freezer, 4 plate
gas hob, u/c electric oven, double sink, pantry cupboard, dishwasher, microwave.
Doors from the kitchen open onto a lovely, decked area with patio furniture and built in braai.

Washing machine and tumble drier is in the single garage.

TV ROOM:

Spacious lovely furnished TV room with a L-shaped comfy couch, Smart TV with Netflix (guests can log into their own DSTV)

BATHROOM:

1 x family bathroom with bath (shower over the bath) toilet and basin.

1 x Master bedroom, very spacious with a King size bed, large en-suite bathroom with double vanity, shower, and private toilet.

Off the kitchen is a lovely outdoor deck with a built-in braai, large table, and benches for outdoor dining, Overlooks the pretty garden.

* White American shutters on all windows.
* Quick walk over to the beach and Enrico's.
* Wi-Fi – there is a Vodacom router – owner will load data on and when it runs out then tenant to top it up.
* Parking in the property – single garage for a small car.
* Linen, towels, and all towels included.
* The home is not serviced – guests to advise in advance if a cleaning lady must be arranged at tenant’s cost.
* House can sleep 8 people.
* No pets allowed.
* A refundable breakage deposit is required.

RATES:

DECEMBER 2023 – JANUARY 2024 MIN. 14 NIGHTS @ R5 865.00 PER DAY.

Payment and Booking Terms:
* Rates exclude the once-off booking fee R300.00 and the refundable breakage deposit.
* Availability upon confirmation at time of booking.
* Booking deposit of 50% to confirm. Balance due 4 weeks prior to check-in date.
