Bowtie Villa is a beautifully furnished, well appointed, spacious home with breathtaking views of the lagoon, sea, and mountains. 

The home has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a separate flat which has a small lounge, kitchenette, and en-suite bedroom.
Comfortably sleeps 10 people. 

Whether you are entertaining and relaxing on the spacious outdoor deck, enjoying the spectacular views, or swimming in the sparkling pool – Bowtie Villa is the perfect home for your well-deserved holiday.

Enter the home through a spacious entrance hall.
Access also via the garage.

Very spacious, well-furnished, open plan lounge with large comfy sofas, TV with full DSTV.
The door from the lounge opens to the deck and swimming pool area.

DINING ROOM 

Spacious, well-furnished 8-seater dining room which is open to the kitchen.  

SUNROOM/READING LOUNGE 

At the end of the Dining room is a cozy sun/reading room with comfy sofas, doors open to the balcony. 

KITCHEN 

Modern, open plan, light, and airy kitchen with all mod cons, counter with 3 bar stools, prep bowl, 4 plate gas hob with an electric eye level oven, double door fridge/freezer, double sink, microwave, dishwasher. 

Guest toilet.  

BEDROOMS 

1 x spacious bedroom with King size bed, comfy couch for relaxing, doors open to the swimming pool and deck, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin, dressing room. Lovely views from the bedroom. 

1 x bedroom with a Queen size bed, en-suite shower, toilet, and basin. 

UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS 

1 x Main bedroom with a super king size bed, doors open to the balcony, stunning sea, mountain and lagoon views, en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet, and basin.

OUTSIDE COTTAGE 

1 x separate, private cottage with lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, the cottage is accessed via the back kitchen door.
