This property is exceptional for Cattle farming. Situated in, what is considered by many, to be one of the best climate an habitats for
Cattle farming. The property is fenced with game fencing. The climate is also good for vegetation with sand, loam and red soil of
good quality. The property offers a lot in terms of feeding with 4300 Hectares of plains. It is specially well for stock farming with
Guinea Grass being in abundance. The property habitat does not offer a lot in terms of mountains or small hills but is nevertheless

The farms' water supply is entirely from boreholes which pump into concrete dams and then with a pipeline system feeds into the
livestock waterpoints. Borehole pumps are primarily operated by electricity but in the event of a power outage the pumps can be
run with diesel engines.
The farm is supplied with eskom electricity and feeds to the main house of the farm, some of the farm tools, borehole pumps and
coldrooms.
The farm house is well built with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, Kitchen, TV-Room and a Living Room. Most of the house is tiled
with slate tiles. The kitchen is relatively modern with an open plan setting and built-in cupboards.
As for storage the farm has a closed feeding shed with about 400 m² of space. There is also a slaughterhouse with its own fridge.
Parking is available with one closed double garage and a covered parking in front of the garage.
