THE SABLE HILLS ECO PARK LIFESTYLE

BIOSPHERE

Sable Hills Eco Park is situated about halfway between the towns of Lephalale (Ellisras) and Vaalwater and borders on the unspoiled 5,000 ha Mokolo Nature Reserve and the pristine Mokolo Dam. This 2,202 ha Development of lush bush-veld has the Mokolo river flowing for kilometers along one of its boundaries. In addition, Sable Hills Eco Park forms part of the world renowned Waterberg Biosphere which is an unique and visually captivating area situated in the Limpopo Province of South Africa.

Have your architect design your dream home and choose your ideal view. Design & Construction can be done by your own team, or choose a Design Package which will include all and be setup for you. There is NO time frame in which to build your dream home in, this can be done at your discretion. Builders and contractors are available in the area and the supply and delivery of building material, fixtures and fittings are readily available to clients. Eskom electricity and water are supplied to all stands on Sable Hills Eco Park and monthly statements reflecting each individual stand's usage, will be issued, as the Home Owners Association is the registered Services Provider for both.
