Description
This farm is 85ha in extent with several buildings and associated farm infrastructure. Some of the notable buildings include the following:
· A main house of approximately 600m², consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a swimming pool. Attached to the main house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat which is currently rented out.
· A second house of approximately 400m², consisting of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The main farming activities are described below:
Centre pivot irrigation in the form of two 15ha circles which share a centre pivot. One circle is predominantly used for grazing and the other for crop production.
Currently, there is a contract in place to produce maize for research purposes. 7.5ha of the centre pivot is utilized as part of this contract. This contract will be renegotiated with the new owner. The other 7.5ha of the centre pivot is used for production of small white beans.
· Rotational grazing for beef production using regenerative principles. The farm has a total carrying capacity of 60 LSU. Grazing consists mainly of Bloubuffel,
Smutsvinger and Star grass.
Electricity is provided through two 3-phase transformers.
The registered amount of water is listed on the title deed as 115 000m 3 which is more than enough for the centre pivot requiring 60 000l per hour. The water is centralised
via six boreholes into a cement storage dam, with a well-equipped pump house containing a 11kW centrifugal pump. These can be used to distribute water as needed. A seventh borehole supplies the one dwelling and shed area but can also supply the central dam.
The property is located south of Bela Bela adjoining the R101. A 2ha portion of the property (adjoining the R101) has been rezoned for agri-business.
