The ownership of the shares can be split amongst as many people as suits you, i.e. if 4 family members bought together, those family members would each be in for less than 40k and split the levies which makes this an affordable investment. And all four (4) family members could comfortably stay there at the same time as the space sleeps 12 people. 

 Currently the levies are R1886.00 per month, & include:  

1. Full time house keeper, so it is fully serviced while you are there. 
2. Garden services take care of the garden. 
3. Full DSTV package is included. 
4. Swimming pool maintenance is taken care off. 
5. All electricity, water & associated costs, insurance etc. are all included in the levy.
