Unit 1 - two-bedroom unit. The main bedroom can accommodate up to four guests with a king-size bed and two single beds or four single beds. An open-plan kitchenette is included, and outside the front door, there is a patio and a lovely built-in braai area. This unit accommodates up to six guests.
Unit 5 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a king-size bed or two single beds. It features a small lounge sitting area, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bath or shower, basin, and toilet. A covered braai area is located just outside. This unit includes DSTV (most channels) and is air-conditioned.
The management dwelling comprises one bedroom, a large lounge, a sun lounge currently used as a second bedroom, a shower room with a shower, basin, and toilet, and a full kitchen.
The laundry facility, which could potentially be used as a sixth unit, includes a shower, basin, toilet, and a sink.
