This large Unit is available as ‘An Assisted Living Unit’, close to the community centre. In addition to the buying of an Assisted Living Unit, assisted living services can be procured at an additional monthly fee which includes the following:
• Nursing Sister to oversee the resident on a daily basis.
• Medication management.
• Personal care e.g., Assistance to shower.
• 3 Meals per day.
• Laundry.
• Cleaning of the unit once a week.
• Occupational and Music Therapy as arranged in group sessions

Each unit is connected to the security room via a telephone system and a panic button.
