I sold this delightful home to the current owners a few years ago and at that time, it was a two bed, two bath proposition with a single garage. The owners’ intentions were to convert the single garage into a fully self-contained unit for letting out via Airbnb – and that’s exactly what they have done – and beautifully too! …

Of course, it would be perfectly possible to convert the room back into a single garage but this would seem to be a shame, especially with the approved plans for a double car port. 

Completing the picture, the property has been secured throughout with Trellidoors, burglar bars and security gates; and there’s an alarm system; street camera streaming to your phone and an automated front sliding gate offering access to the front paved area ,where there’s room for 3 parked cars.

As a final bonus, as if one were needed, just one door down, there’s a lovely play park for kids of all ages, with a jungle gym, plenty of mature trees offering shade; and a big flat area on which to throw that frisbee, launch that drone or to hone those football skills!
