Since when?

Since you’re here chances are that you’ve been thinking of buying a new home. Usually what most of us do is browse through the internet to see what’s on offer, probably looked at some dream homes too, but then when you get serious you concentrated on the affordable ones that meet your needs. Before you know it you’ve probably called a string of agents. Let’s face it, since when do you select an agent as carefully as the home you want to live in? 

Good agents however are worth their weight in gold. A good agent can not only sell your home for top dollar and guide you through all the pitfalls but also help you find that dream home too! Did you know that the more successful agents share their stock to better serve their clients? So since when do you have to deal with a string of agents? 

Like doctors, good agents work by referral. Do you remember the last time you moved to a new place and needed a doctor? You more than likely asked someone to recommend one for you. Since when do you just go to the first one in the phone book?
