Having been raised in a real estate family in Somerset West, I have always known that I would like to pursue a career in real estate. After following a stringent selection process, I chose to start my career with RE/MAX Helderberg in 2011. It’s been an amazing journey with exponential growth in both my business career and personal life. I have successfully sold more than 700 homes to highly satisfied clients. In 2016 I was awarded 4th place in the Western Cape and 12th place nationally within the RE/MAX group of over 2800 property associates. I was also awarded both Chairman's club and Titan club awards in 2016.
In 2017 I again achieved the Titan Club award and was also awarded the number 1 sales agent in the RE/MAX Helderberg office. In 2018 I started the rental side of my business and was fortunate to be awarded 9th place overall in the Western Cape for registered commissions and again achieved the Chairmans Club Award at our annual awards event.
Regardless of market changes in 2020, 2021, and 2022, all three years turned out to be very rewarding, and Team Juan Combrinck managed to secure Titan and Diamond Club for three years in a row. Despite the challenges the country has faced, Team Juan Combrinck has achieved the highest club status award of Diamond Club and did over R120 million in sales in 2022. This year, 2023 is already promising to be one of the best years in 12 years of being with RE/MAX Helderberg.
Besides assisting my clients in the successful sale, purchasing, and rental management of their properties, I am personally also a keen investor in the property market. I believe investment in property is the ultimate sustainable vehicle to build passive income and wealth over the long term, leading to future financial freedom. At a personal level, I am passionate about my faith, family, and friends and enjoy adventurous living. Having lived in Somerset West my whole life, I believe I can offer excellent service and value in assisting and facilitating the process of successfully selling, purchasing, or renting your home.
