Enjoy a perfect December holiday at Woodlands Vista house, relax and entertain outdoors at the spacious covered outdoor
entertainment area, swimming pool.
The home has an open Manhattan feel with lots of large windows letting in natural light and doors that stack open to give in the indoor-outdoor feel, with a perfect flow from kitchen, dining to the outdoor entertainment area. Tastefully decorated with natural shades and wood creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

LIVING AREA

The living area is lovely and spacious with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with doors that stack open to the
outdoor covered entertainment area and swimming pool.

LOUNGE:

Open plan lounge with large comfy sofas, large flat screen smart TV with full DSTV package and Netflix, fireplace.

DINING:

Dining area to seat 6 people. Doors open onto the garden and patio area.

KITCHEN:

Beautiful light and airy, open plan kitchen with large windows.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the mod cons, 4 plate gas hob, electric oven, scullery with fridge, freezer, laundry with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

BEDROOMS:

MAIN BEDROOM:

To the left of the lounge is the Master bedroom.
Frosted, glass sliding doors separate the bedroom from the lounge.
Spacious bedroom with a Queen-size extra length bed. Doors lead out onto the patio and pool area. Lovely open en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin, and toilet.

STUDIO ROOM:

Off the scullery area is a lovely studio room which has a ¾ bed and a single mattress (ideal for children) doors open to the patio, garden, and pool.

SECOND MAIN BEDROOM

Off the studio are stairs leading up to a spacious bedroom, lovely large windows which allow lots of light in, double bed, en-suite open bathroom with bath, toilet, shower, and basin.

ENTERTAINMENT AREA:

Lovely covered, patio/entertainment area with doors that stack open.

Patio furniture and dining area.

Built in braai/firepit.

Swimming pool (a net can be installed if need be)

Grassed area.

Lovely indigenous garden.

· UPS for the TV and Wi-Fi
· Guests can stream their own DSTV or use the owners DSTV.

· Butler works 3 x mornings a week. He will do basic home cleaning, pool, and garden.

· Home can sleep 6 people.
· All linen and towels, including swimming towels, are provided.
· Guest must enjoy a light and airy house with lots of glass.
· Net can be installed if need be.
· Non -smoking home.

· Easy drive to town and beaches.
· Gas geyser. (this does not work during load shedding)

· The garden is enclosed.
· Security does patrol in the complex at night.
