Hermanus Heights has become really sought after due to its location within Hermanus and generally as an attractive residential suburb. To begin, my absolute favourite space is the new wooden deck off the main bedroom which grants the new owner amazing mountain views and glorious sun. A stunning en-suite bathroom and a little lounge which is offset to look at the golf course and steal a few peeks of the sea. All the bedrooms are located upstairs with three further bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a study and a pyjama lounge that will work wonderfully if the youngers or guests want their own space and time.
Downstairs is what will speak to any entertainer, chef or socialite. This space is amazing! The open plan dining area hosts a further formal TV lounge and then a cocktail lounge with has a little breakfast room adjoining it. The cocktail lounge and bar is really well-thought out and having been there myself on an evening, the space really works well! The patio has a further room for dining with a built in braai and patio onto the pool deck. The kitchen brings everyone back and steals the show with layout and creative elements which are functional too. There is another patio that leads onto a garden and works well as another breakfast spot or sipping the first cuppa.
In addition to the above, one has a scullery and cellar which can also be used as storage for any extra "stuff" that we all seem to have. The double garage which leads either into the house or patio is also spacious and is home to an inverter for those Stage 6 glory Eskom days. If you love entertaining, have a big family or enjoy ample space, then this is the property for you.
