We start with a consultation, to determine your budget, your accommodation needs for your family, and from there we work together, to create your unique package, for that home you have had on your vision board. We give you a tour of the hood and assist you with choosing the most suitable plot. For the financial side, we offer the services of a bond originator, to assist with the bond application and finally, when the finances are sorted, we consult with the architect, to get you started on your journey home.
I know… there are lots of questions….so ask away. I am always ready to chat property, design and budgets, costs, etc.
There is quite a bit of value add, to being able to have input in your home, and tailoring it to your and your family’s needs.
