Description
This farm is situated just outside of Modimolle towards Bela Bela with only a 1km gravel road.
This farm is managed as a guest farm.
On the farm there is the main house and 3 cottages.
The main house consists of the following:
Big open lounge area with outside patio/entertainment area equipped with a build-in braai, pizza oven, and gas stove/oven. Open plan dining room and kitchen. 2 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom and study room. There is also a hobby room/ patio with an amazing view. Separate laundry room.
Not far from the house is the first cottage. Open plan with fully equipped kitchenette, sleeps 3 guests and 1 full bathroom. Outside is a boma area with braai and a beautiful view of the bushveld.
The second cottage further away has a double bed and a sleeper couch with full bathroom. Open plan living room and kitchen and own private boma area with braai.
There is a swimming pool positioned between the cottages for every one the enjoy.
The 3rd cottage has one double bed and 2 sleeper couches with a bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen. Private boma area with braai. There is also camping spots close to this cottage with ablution facilities.
All the cottages comes fully furnished and equipped. Wifi is installed at all the cottages and main house.
There is a boma pit on the mountain where functions can be held.
There is a store room that will be equipped with all the implements and tools that you need on this farm.
The owner is farming with Geese on this farm. There is fully equipped camps for the Geese.
