Description
Located in the northern region of Namibia near the Mororani Gate, this picturesque farm engages in a variety of farming activities including cattle farming, crop cultivation and hunting. Irrigation: Dry land covers 80 hectares across various sectors, comprising 20 hectares of maize, 30 hectares of peanuts, and 12 to 13 hectares of sorghum.
Water Supply: The farm has several boreholes, the most powerful delivering 15m³ of water. This borehole, located near the main dwelling, supplies water to five outposts via a 5.5 km PVC pipeline. The sixth outpost is equipped with a Mono pump powered by a diesel Lister engine and has a borehole yielding 7m³. Water level is on average 47m deep.
Dwelling: The primary residence features six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, and combined lounge and dining areas. It also includes a living room with an indoor braai space and a porch. The secondary dwelling consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, and a space that serves as both a lounge and dining area. The outbuildings include a semi-open barn and a 165m² shed. There is an engine room equipped with a backup Deutz engine for standby electricity, as well as facilities for laundry and a slaughter room with a cold room. Additionally, there are 4 concrete domestic houses.

Cattle: The farm comprises 19 pasture camps and 7 calf camps in total. All cattle posts are interconnected via cattle management corridors, and three of these include cattle maintenance facilities. Game camp fully game fenced 1380HA. East and west sides of farm is already Game fenced only 6.5km cattle fenced, The possibility to convert to game farm also a good option.
Farm equipment is available for purchase at an additional cost beyond the initial price, and a comprehensive list of equipment can be supplied to serious buyers. Additionally, there is an option to purchase the cattle on the farm at the time of sale at market-related prices, with exact numbers provided at the time of purchase.
Plantable land are only dry lands not irrigated.
