The company, which was established in 2005 in the UAE, has successfully completed 14 major developments in the UAE. The free-standing villas range in price from USD 1 250 000 million for a single room beach bungalow to USD 5 000 000 million for a three-bedroom unit.

 

The three-bedroom units, which are situated on a 1531 square metre plot, have 3 bathrooms plus a guest washroom, private GYM, outdoor braai area, swimming pool and change rooms.

 

Resort facilities include a restaurant and bar plus coffee shop, a fitness zone, tennis court, football field, scuba diving and safaris to a choice of five adjacent Nature Reserves. Transport to the Machangulo Casino Beach Resort is by Yacht, Boat, or helicopter which can land at the Resort helipad. A 20% down payment is required to secure purchase of a villa, then 60% payable during the construction phase and the remaining 20% payable on hand over of the property. Investors can expect a fixed return on investment, and 2 weeks free stay in the Casino Resort a year includes all entertainment.

Construction will be complete in December 2027.
