up fresh locally made bread in the Ligogo town as well as many of the local
beers. Fresh fish, crayfish and other seafood can be bought daily from the
locals at bargaining prices.
The resort
is nestled in a secluded area with amazing views from typical Mozambican styled
units.

The price
of R 198 000, is for a basic house that you can complete with your own
finishes, consisting of the following:

There is no electricity and no geyser so you will have to install solar
power and a gas or solar geyser.
The monthly levy is R 1 477 per month and covers the following.

operation of the resort including staff, cleaning of the units once a week.

All Mozambican documents are in order and the lease (DUAT) is
valid until 2070
The homeowner’s association is
managing the operation of the resort with the support of a local Mozambique
administrator.
