VREDEHOEK
Vredehoek (loosely translated as ‘Peace Corner’) is situated alongside De Waal Drive, a major access road to the city of Cape Town, and does its name justice, when one considers the peace and tranquillity it exudes. Vredehoek lies on the slopes of Table Mountain, and is an old established suburb with tremendous appeal even to the younger generations of property buyers who seek that ‘something special’ which city life offers. It’s also privy to the same breathtaking views as its neighbouring suburbs.
Properties in Vredehoek range from free standing mostly spacious houses, to cottages, townhouses and apartment blocks. There are still plots available in certain parts of Vredehoek but like most areas surrounding the capital city, Vredehoek is a pricy suburb.
