POINT WATERFRONT
Durban’s Point Waterfront Development is located at the entrance to South Africa’s busiest port, Durban Harbour. This is one of the country’s most exciting new developments and is indeed an investment worth serious consideration. Point Waterfront will change the face of the City of Durban, in very much the same way as the V&A Waterfront development did for Cape Town.
The Point area, which until recently had regressed into a most unsavoury part of the city of Durban, run-down, derelict, unkempt and the venue of everything undesirable – is fast becoming a distant memory, with the new, exciting Point Waterfront destined to become one of Durban’s most prestigious addresses, and certainly a key tourist attraction. Point waterfront is transforming from the run-down precinct of old, to a multi-billion rand property showcase.
